This program offers cheerleading for individuals 18+, it is designed to get active in a fun and engaging way by improving strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. Whether you are brand new to cheer or wanting to refresh your old cheer skills, this program is tailored to your experience level. At the end of this program our Adult Cheer team will be preforming in our end of the year Cheer Expo event date TBD but estimated first weekend in May. 

This Program will run Saturday March 21^st until April 25th from 6-7:30 PM.

Cost $250.00 for the program. It includes a tank top uniform.

We also offer $25.00 drop in sessions for adults 18+ who are wanting to learn some skills but cannot commit to our end of the year cheer Expo event.

No experience is required.
