This program offers cheerleading for individuals 18+, it is designed to get active in a fun and engaging way by improving strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.

Adult cheer practices will run for 1.5 hours each week.

Adult cheer will run from January to February 2025. Official dates and times TBD.

Price for adult cheer is $200.00 (tax included)

No experience is required.
