This is a program each athlete is automatically enrolled into during the season. Our cheer badge program is designed to teach athletes the basic skills and necessary developmental progressions to achieve skills in cheerleading. These skills range between tumbling, jumps, stunting, and motions. Each athlete will be awards a bow for achieving their progressions. At 7O5, cheer badges will help determine eligibility for competitive team placements. Every athlete will have the opportunity throughout their season to achieve their badges. Coaches will do check in’s on badges throughout the seasons to ensure that athletes maintain their skills.
Orange
Arm Motions: High/Low V, T/Broken T, Right/Left Diagonal, Broken Right/Left Diagonal, Right/Left L, Right/Left K, Cone, Clean, Clasp/Prep, Bow and Arrow, Punch up, Daggers
Leg Motions: Side Lunge, Cross Behind, Step Point
Tumbling: Handstand, Bridge, Passe, Lunge, Front Support, Back Support, L sit, Pike, Hollow, Superman, Tuck, Candlestick, Front Roll, Back Roll
Jumps: T Jump
Stunts: Knee Stand, Thigh Stand, Squish, Tlift, Shoulder sit
Purple
Tumbling: Cartwheel, Round off, Standing Bridge
Jumps: Toe Touch, Right/Left Hurdler, Pike
Stunts: Show and go, Prep level double base, shoulder stand, ¼ turn rotations, prep level cradle, prep level pop down
Blue
Tumbling: Back walkover, Front walkover
Jumps: two connect jumps
Stunts: Prep level prone, Prep level lib, Straight ride basket, Tictoc at prep level
Green
Tumbling: Back handspring, Front handspring
Jumps: one jump connect to tumbling
Stunts: Extension, Extended level lib, Half up to prep, Prep level inversion, 1 trick basket
Black
Tumbling: Aerial, Back tuck, Front tuck, Layout
Jumps: Three connected jumps (variation), Two connected jumps to tumbling
Stunts: Inversion to extension, Full up to prep level, Full up to extended level, 2 trick basket
Pink
Tumbling: Onodis, Full, X-Out, Whip, Arabian
Jumps: Jump to full
Stunting Full around at extended level, Tic toc at extended level
